First Family Trip to Malacca

This is the first time I brought Mummy for a trip.
And I’m great I’m able to achieve this…
We will start off with nearby countries first…
Hope to bring Mummy to Taiwan too…
And I’m glad that she really enjoyed this trip and look forward to another visit to Malacca.

Farm Visit 01-10-08

It’s was a public holiday.
Hubby and me decided to visit the farms at Lim Chu Kang…
I went there a few times before but it was his first visit…
So exciting for him…
Too bad the goat farm closed at 4pm, thus, we only spent abt 10min there.

here are some pictures… too bad, can still have more but my camera was low on battery…

A Last Minute Simple Dinner

this is also a post dated post…
Heehehhee…
Been too lazy to upload the photographs…It was after work and I’m also having a tuition class.
Called hubby on what would he like for dinner (tabao-ing of course)….
He can’t decide thus, I made the decision.
I shall cook with what I can find at home…

This is the first time I tried stirred frying the mushroom…
Not very much a “dong gu” lover but fell in love with this dish… Yum yum… :-p

Coated with more potato starch… then fried it…
quite crispy… then stirred fried it in the ready made sauce from LKK…
Btw, I’m using the frozen pork… Taste good.

Honey Sauce Spare Ribs

Those frozen one that was sold at Supermarket.
This is our 2nd packet after we bought it 2 mths ago…
The first time, we steamed it… Since it’s our 2nd time, I fried it…

Our 3 dishes that night… all fried food…
Poor hubby… Dun have ingredient to boil soup…
Anyhow, it’s enough for the 2 of us….

As I like milk chocolate and love the brand Van houten,
thus, decided to use that… ^_^

I’m starting to ponder recently.
What’s wrong?? Why did I feel it that way?
Talked abt this early morning ard 3am…
I was back from the chalet. Parked the car and was abt to walk out of the car,
there’s 4 cars driving in… One of it, A Lexus!!! Yes, so what if drive expensive car?
Not taking into considerating that it’s already in the middle of the night, he is stepping on his
bloody damn turbo and accelerate the god damn noise non stop from level to carpark at 4B.
I was damn angry as I came up to my floor and I can still hear it quite loudly…
So the moment I was in my flat, I went to the window to see that arse’s car…

It was disturbing the whole neighbourhood. Can you imagine how many of us will be sleeping soundly
at this time of the night? I took an effort to Remember his car plate number. He pissed me off!!!

Another thing…
I dun understand why people was throw their rubbish out of the window!!!
I really can’t tolerate it anymore…
Can the town council do something abt this??

I guess this people still think that they are living in the Kampong!!!

Talking abt my neighbourhood really dreads me…
Pounding of stuff as early as 6.20am waking almost the whole block up,
Littering along the corridors etc… Yucks!!!
It’s hard to get good neighbours…

Formula One at Singapore

Yes… Formula One is holding it’s ever first night race at Singapore.
This is simply unbelievable…
2008 is a year of events and still ongoing…
Hubby volunteered for this special event… And he was selected…
Since he was selected, he has to go for special training to prepare for the event.
So most of our weekends are burnt…
It’s over now and he can have more time for the family…

It was a wonderful experience for him.
He got a boundry rider position…
And during the qualifying yesterday, he managed to pillion Kimi Matias Räikkönen.
Hubby was saying Raikkonen was unhappy. And tonight he “buang” again.
He was at a good position (5th) and can get some score for Ferrari.
But somehow, he missed calculated the kilometer and “buang” again tonight.
And too bad, Felipe Masa made it big tonight too…
He pulled the fuel hose off since he got the signal to move off.
And after this blunder for Massa, he is not performing…
Bad day for Ferrari huh?

Two-time Formula One champion Fernando Alonso of Renault won the first night race at the Singapore Grand Prix after starting 15th on the grid today (28-9-08).
The Spaniard finished ahead of Williams’ Nico Rosberg, while McLaren’s Lewis Hamilton was third.

Was still talking to Chris last nite abt F. Alonso… He has not been performing from the start…
Quite disappointing when he finished 15th yesterday. Glad that he made history for the night race today.
Thanks his team mate maybe??

And I’m so happy… Lewis is topping the F1 chart now….
I hope he will win this year’s F1 grand pix…
He has been my all time fav….

Proper Update
Yes I’m back today as promise for a proper update…
Before I decided to have my Master Bedroom designed this way with my winks,
of course I did some trial using bluetac to paste it on the wall…
after which, I end up with the final output…

My MBR before decoration… Plain huh???

First trial…

2nd Trial – neater huh??

3rd one… just could not agree on the centre part…

hehehe… My final product… :p

Next Update:

We bought something to put at our balcony…
At first, we wanted a higher one to look out of the window…
But there’s nothing nice outside our window…
(yes… we got the MSCP view… )

While browsing at Ikea, we decide to get this after many deciding factors…
Mainly, maybe few years down the road, our children can use it?
It also make it more kid friendly when we have guests with children…:)
